Frequently Asked Questions

Are dogs welcome?

Absolutely! We love our four legged friends, we just ask you keep them on a lead inside the village and make sure you clean up after them.

Is the village accessible?

Yes! The whole village is easily accessible and we have a number of disabled parking spaces available too.

Is the village child friendly?

Yes! And we are home to Brickies & Pottery Pals, and regular children's events on the paddock.

We just ask children are well behaved and don't run around the café tables.

When is the village open?

There are shops open 7 days a week at the village. 10am-5pm.

Please check with each individual business for opening times.

Can we bring food or a picnic?

Food or picnics brought in from outside the village can only be consumed in the paddock on non-event days. Food or picnics brought in from outside the village cannot be consumed within the village (with the exception where permitted by a workshop at a specific business).

Can we bring drinks or alcohol?

Drinks or alcohol brought in from outside the village cannot be consumed at any of our seating areas in either courtyard or within the village. Only in the paddock on non-event days. Alcohol consumed within the village must be purchased from The Chocolate Café or The Tasting Barn.
